Environmental
G2 filed the Baseline Environmental Assessment (BEA) on ArvinMeritor's behalf. The Michigan Department of Environmental Quality has issued acceptance letters.


Municipal Entitlements

We continue to work with the utility companies on easements over vacated Radamacher. Many of the existing utility poles and lines will remain and be incorporated in the parking or landscape areas of the plant.


Contractor Selection
Campbell/Manix was selected as the design build contractor.


Design
Complete


Building Permits
Issued January 17


Demolition
Demolition complete


Construction

The underground work is proceeding. The building structure is up. On schedule. (See pictures)


TECHNICAL CENTER


Design
Design is for the 80,500 square foot, 4 story technical center is 95% complete.


Construction
Construction budgets are still in the review stage.
